DISCOUNTED GROUP TICKETS
Group Ticket Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more. To receive the Group Ticket Discount, tickets must be ordered and prepaid prior to the show date. Group Ticket Discounts are only available by purchasing tickets through our office. Seating will be RESERVED after payment is received. PURCHASING ADVANCE TICKETS BY PHONE
Advance Ticket phone orders are taken Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm by calling our office at (304) 752-0253. Tickets are sold on a "first call, first served basis" and must be paid for by phone when making the reservation using a Visa or Master Card. Advance Ticket sales will be held at the Will Call Window of the Box Office.
PAYMENT FOR TICKET SALES
We accept Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards and Cash at our Box Office. We also accept Money Orders, Business Checks and Personal Checks for Group Ticket Sales when purchased at least one week in advance. Our Concession Stand only accepts cash for purchases.
COUPONS AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Coupons and Promotional Discounts are only accepted for ticket sales at our Box Office and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS
Advance Tickets purchased by phone will be made available for pick-up at the Box Office Will Call Window beginning at 7:30pm. Advance Ticket Sales and Group Ticket Sales will be held at the Box Office until 8:15pm on the show night, then released to the general public if needed for a capacity crowd. You will be responsible for the cost of all Advance Ticket sales, even if you do not pick them up.
SEATING AT THE LIZ SPURLOCK AMPHITHEATRE
Seating is General Admission with these exceptions; Group Ticket Sales Seating and Wheelchair Accessible Seating. Seating reserved for group tickets will be clearly marked on a nightly basis while the first (2) rows are reserved for accessibility.
OUR THEATRE IS A TOBACCO-FREE FACILITY. A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA IS LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE RESTROOM AREA.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our theatre is Wheelchair Accessible with special parking available on a limited basis. It is recommended that tickets for patrons with special physical needs be purchased in advance through our office to ensure seating is available.
All seating on the first two (2) rows are reserved for patrons with special physical needs. Each patron with special physical needs is permitted to have only one (1) guest seated with them. Other members of their party must use other General Admission Seating. Please be considerate of others with special physical needs and allow this seating to remain available until show time.
WE ASK THAT YOU USE GOOD JUDGEMENT WHEN CHOSING TO SIT IN THE FIRST TWO ROWS. THESE SEATS ARE RESERVED FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT CLIMB STEPS TO THE HIGHER ROWS.
RAIN CHECK AND REFUND POLICY
If raining at show time, the start of the show will be held up to 30 minutes so that a decision can be made concerning the night's performance. if the show is canceled, you must hold onto your ticket stub to use as a rain check for a future performance of the same show. If the first act is completed, this constitutes a full show and no rain checks will be issued. Our Rain Check Policy can be found on the inside cover of each show program.
NO REFUNDS for tickets purchased as printed on each ticket sold.
CONCESSIONS AND GIFT SHOP SALES
Our Concession Stand and Gift Shop are open from 7:30pm until show time, then reopen during the intermission. They will be closed during each performance to prevent distractions.
Our Concession Stand proudly serves Pepsi-Cola products as well as bottled water, coffee, popcorn, hot dogs, snow cones, chips and candy. We only accept cash at the Concession Stand.
Our Gift Shop offers patrons the opportunity to purchase T-shirts and other show specific gift items. It is located beside the Box Office as you enter the theatre.
